Tip: drink a pint of milk before you start drinking alcohol and then before you go to bed (if capable) drink a pint of water. Then set your alarm 1 hour before you have to get up and when woken by it take 2 painkillers and drink another pint of water... this is supposed to be very good at hangover relief.
K x yep sound advice - also eat something quite soon after you get up for the day, you might not like to but its best having something in your stomach, something greasy is best if you can't face that then have toast |
