I've not been for ages. A combination of work and injuries (requiring me to be on painkillers) kind of caused me to be unable to donate.
Then a friend who has returned from Canada after a few years working there decided to gather the troops and go to the blood bank.

As I type this, my shoulders are red and feel as if they're on fire.
It only started to feel hot today.

I'm getting better... so much so that I could not pass up an impromptu Gluttony Session with my mob of friends.
Only thing is, my foot is killing me!
I'm not sure if I actually hurt it or it's pain through nerve induction because of my injury.

Well, I've gone and done my back in again.
That's TWO years in a row I've spent my birthday in pain and it's because of my damned back!

Today, I went back to my military unit for my two week stint of reservist service.

It's half past nine in the morning. On a workday. But I'm at home.
So I think I shall ramble on incoherently.

Okay. I'm fat again.
Monday night, I went to do some brisk walking. I managed about 4km in about 40 minutes.

I was at a wedding luncheon of a couple of friends today. 8)
As like my great friend who got married last year, I'm still smiling as I'm very happy for the couple. Current Music: Only Time - Enya

Well, I went to the physiotherapist this morning. And last week, I was seen by the
orthopaedic specialist.
Not a big surprise actually.

|
Well, my quest to get a picture of me on the torture rack has taken a bad turn. The
physiotherapist isn't putting me on traction anymore since the injury has improved.
I'm not in that much pain anymore. Actually, the pain is mostly gone. However, to replace it,
there is this dull ache running down the muscles surrounding the sciatic nerve.
