Usually I do not let myself get worked up easily but I have to get this one out.

Today at work a customer showed up and complained about a broken hinge on a pram.
He was very arrogant and harsh from the beginning on and so my coworkers called me in.
I inspected the pram and replaced the broken hinge at once to calm him down. Everything seemed to be ok again , he brought the pram out to his car and came back to get his purchase proof back (which I had copied meanwhile to claim user warranty to the producer).
He took it, said "Thank you, good job!", grinned, GROPPED MY BUTT and out he was!!!!

I was thunderstruck!!! Hell, what does this guy think who he is??? What an arrogant *******!!!

I'm furious!! I don't know what enrages me more, the fact that he gropped me or the fact that I was too shocked to react!!

I wish I would have punched him in the face or even better elsewhere!!! I would probably have lost my job then so maybe better I didn't but damn, he would have deserved it!!

Definitely inappropriate (understatement of the week). Probably someone whose business the company could do without. There is a reason many places proudly hang a sign saying "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone"
My suggestion is to report him to management, possibly to HR ( if you have such a dept), and hopefully they will send him elsewhere in the future.

In the meantime, you had every right to be mad, given his lousy reactions to your efforts to help, and then at the end of it all, decides to get an extra bonus for himself. Hope you feel better soon, and with luck wont have to deal with him or similar actions again.
