I usually don't like to complain when it comes to officers, fire fighters, paramedics etc but I'm not very pleased with the way law enforcement are handling things.

I reported an incident about a group of teenage thugs street drinking and play fighting.
I was concerned for the neighbourhood's safety so I did what I felt was the right thing and called the cops.
A police van arrived and an officer knocked on my door, giving me this really "in your face" look and complained because the suspects weren't at the scene the second, the officers arrived.

If a suspect gets away, it is not my fault, I'm just trying to look out for my neighbourhood & be a good citizen but they thought I was just wasting their time.
