Great ride through the Park. I always look forward to riding down the Park hill very fast. Once I get to the bottom of the hill I begin to sprint to the opening which is the exit from the park. My highlight of the ride is when I ride in the rain. Water pouring down my face and on to my well prepared Wal-Mart rain suit. I had to stand under a tree for a while, do to the rain coming down so hard on me.
I stood under a tree along with a young girl and her brother. She had to decide whether to make a run or just stay under the tree and continue to get wet. The funny thing about children, they just do no care if they get wet. Her little brother played in the rain on his bike with a big smile on his face as if he did not have one worry about being wet. He and I laugh as this brings joy to my heart apart from the day to day troubles which hound our minds along the way.
I woke up this morning and walked about 4 1/2 miles around the montebello lake, watching and listen to the nature of God. OOOO....OOOO......Wee ! I felt good when I finished, and the sound of the reservore water squashing in my ears, what a beautiful sound, to walk with.
