I just had a job offer, the sad thing is the salary is what ever I make it, the Job is.... And Associate Director, of a new start recruitment industry. Its just a title and dont think its any more than that, my job in the most will be pretty much the graft and building a business.

I cant find a normal 9 to 5.. there isnt any out there, with my skill set an abilities I am a bit like a candidate from the apprentice in essence. Difference is I understand the reality of business and play the long game.

SO there is no Salary, its 50% of everything, and then in 6 months time shares, and if things are going well I can recruit staff and open an office. then a years time if things are still going well I can take a salary.

So thats it, the offer...
