Daddy, Today it's been 8 years since you passed. It's still hard to believe at times. I'm glad you're not in pain anymore, but, I still miss you and wish you could be here. I'm 25 now, my kids are 1 1/2 and nearly 3. You'd love your grand daughters so much. Sarah's son just turned 3. I'm hoping to go back to school soon and finish my degree. I hope you'd be proud of me even though I'm different than you thought I'd be.
If you can, would you help me find my missing CDs, one of the missing one's is the one you, mom,Doc, and Ellie recorded. I'm sorry that things between me and mom and Sarah aren't like you'd want them to be. Mom really hasn't done well without you here. Sarah, well, I hope things are improving. I plan to get back to playing my instrument, the one you gave me got broken at mom's house so I'll replace her since fixing her would be more expensive. I'll make a box to display her in though, you gave her to me so she's special. She's finally named. A member of my family(non blood) helped me name her, though, it should have been obvious. Her name is Daddy's Girl. I love you, I'll never stop missing you.
