We were sad when we didn't get Smashing Pumpkins tickets.
But we got in anyway! After waiting outside all day of course.
I was pumped. It was a really good show.

Since I got on here...
I guess that there are many things that I could talk about. One big thing that has happened was that I got accepted into the school of the arts. So I guess I'll be going to NCSA for the rest of high school...
Anyway, that's about it. It's been a good summer so far and all but nothing extremely out of the ordinary has happened.

From my voice lessons this week and they went surprisingly well, despite the fact that I had to eat chocolate during fourth period. (I'm not supposed to eat that because it might cause me to become even more congested than I usually am with the allegies and all)
We did an experiment on how long it takes chocolate to dissolve in your mouth without chewing or swallowing. It really made me want to throw up. And they call it honors physical science...

I was late to first period, even though I got to school ten minutes early. I have issues with getting to first on time. Anyway, I didn't do my homework because I'm one of those people who doesn't do homework on weekends or snowdays. So I come in while we're checking it, find the page, answer a problem when Ms. Long asks me to. Then she comes around to check it off and I was worried because this adds on to the current zeros. So just as she gets to me, I get up and turn in my test and she forgot to check mine off.
It actually made the rest of my day. Sad how getting away with not doing your homework gives you that satisfaction.

I was over at a friend's house, she has a really old house and it was dusty and they have a few pets. Anyway, long story short, my allergies acted up pretty bad to where I couldn't breathe properly, and not having an inhaler or any other medication on me, I had to go home.

I'm applying for an art school for next year. I'm hoping that I get in. I'm not really sure where I'm headed in my future, but I'm pretty sure that it will be something to do with art. I think that it would be good for me to be in an environment such as a school that focuses on the arts. I find that around here not many people care too much for them. I also need the motivation to work hard. I don't do very many things around here. Even if I don't get into this school, I'm planning to make some changees anyway. I'm definately going to add art classes into my schedule and do much more independent work.

It was fun! Well if you consider going to an art muesem fun, which I do. I'd already been to that muesem, but they had a Louvre exhibit so we went to see that. I loved it. But you couldn't take any pictures which was a big disappointment. Oh well. I always get yelled at for taking pictures in muesems.

Kind of an impulsive decision. I'm normally stick things through, but it was such a waste of time.
They say quitters never win, but in cheerleading, there isn't actually anything to win.
Anyway, it's weird, my stunt group gives me funny looks at school now.

Roger was teaching me how to play All the Small Things on the drumset because we're playing it in steel band. Even though I play the double pans for that one, I thought it would be cool to know it on the drumset too.
So I was just getting into it and Roger goes to band practice. Meaning he takes his sticks and his snare. Meaning he ruins my fun
