so my back still hasnt come good, i went to the physio today and he said im getting nerve traction BEFORE muscle traction when it should be the other way around and that my pelvis is out and thinks its not a trapped nerve but a strained disc in my back

and i have to have an xray to make sure nothing else is going on

SO OVER IT I JUST WANT TO GO BACK TO WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
