try to look forwards not back, easier said than done i know but what is the use of nostalgia? other than to drive us insane.
Make an effort to move on, I swear if you keep pretending everything is fine then eventually you are gonna stop pretending and it will be ok.
Chat to people you dont know, meet some new folks try and have some fun and dont scroll through his journals, one day he will be insignificant. I promise you.
It will get easier for you believe me I know you will think it will always be this way but you will survive Make some friends just join in and have some fun Maybe when he sees you are coping without him he will maybe turn his attention back to you Hang in there all the best for now keep your chin up helen
