I have prowlers who have been harrassing my family for the past year. They've assualted my brother outside of the house and bang on our windows and the sides of our house. They use rabbit calls on one tone that sound like a woman screaming. I stay inside when they're here with candles (if they're dumb enough to cut my power), lights on, a flash night, my ciggerettes, and either a 22 ruger or a smith &wesson 9mm.
The sheriffs have been on this case over a year and no results. I won't go outside because a few nights ago we heard them outside, and one looked hunched over carrying what looked like a hunting rifle. We pretty much live in bum f*** egypt and have very few neighbors.
It's like they want us to go outside which is a HEELLLL NO! to me, but they have plenty opprotunities to break in when we're not here. They start around 7pm leave and will come back till around 3am on random nights. I'm sleeping with a glock (on safety, I have ribbons for expert shooter and awards for my shot), lights and in the middle of the day now. I don't know what the hell they want!
Plus, we have moition sensored lights and they know where to go to not trigger them. Can someone help figure out what is is they want? I'm always tired, and I'm super trigger happy right now! All I want is to be able to sleep during sleeping hours!  | |

Do you have any enemies you can think of? Why anyone would do such a thing?
I'm speechless as to what to suggest even; other than hollering out the window "who are you, and why is it that you keep doing this?"

| That is CRAZY!! I'd be pretty scared myself... AND pissed off, too. I'd look into the laws about it first... But I'd want to set some effing traps, maybe not ones that cause pain or anything... But DAMN, you have a right to feel safe don't you?!?!?

| In the mountains, in Tennessee we had mountain lions and when they howl, they sound exactly like a female screaming.
I used to hear them jump up on the roof right above me and pounce around looking for a way in.
If you're in the woods you've probably not only got bullies but you've also got wild animals out there adding to the confusion.
We also used to get hunters prowling our property all hours of the night.
Don't go outside during these times and keep getting the police out there. |

| | set up some high tech video cameras that can see in the dark, move around your motion sensor so its and a different angle, get a big dog, and set up some BLUE, yes it has to be blue, or else it will shimmer, some blue fishing line, set it up as a trip wire, so they will fall, hopefully get caught by the cameras, and make the dog bark, good luck too ya, hope everything works out |

| Accidentally posted my entry twice  Not mountain lions, or at least no tracks of mountain lions within a half mile radius! Defiently got new cameras, lights, pulled out bigger guns and make my 18 year old bro stay with me until at least 10pm before I drop him off into town. Thanks you guys! I'm just wondering if anyone would have an idea of what the motives could be? |

| The only thing I can think is they may have picked on you or your brother at one point and either of you stood up for yourselves and lashed back.
Now they've made entertainment out of coming by your house, while they're out, and doing what they're doing to upset you.
Definitely not your fault. Hackers look for reasons to harass people via the computer. Petty gangs look for reasons to use their guns. They're picking fights for entertainment.
Maybe hire a detective to hide on your property and do a stakeout to get pictures or video footage of them when they come around. |
