This story is about me and my friend Brandon Thomas! When I was like 8 i met this really cool kid. Some kids were picking on me. Brandon stood up for me! We became best friends. When I was 9 I started smoking pot! Brandon smoked with me! We were always at each others house and crap, no one really cared that we were oppisite sex and he happened to be 3 years older! But anyway I was 10 and him 13!We went to his house! We got high! We were playing on his Dirt Bikes! His ran out of Gas, so we were gonna push it back to the house. His house is in the middle of nowhere. Dirt roads, no houses , the whole sha-bang! A truck had just gone by so there was dust flying everywhere. Brandon, not thinking, went to cross. He got hit by a car. The car stopped and the guy got out. He started to see if Brandon was ok. He had been knocked onconciess. I started to cry! The man picked up Brandon and stuck him in the car, he said he needed to go to the hospital! He didn't want me to go but I wouldn't leave Brandon. So I got in a sat with him. I took forever to get to a hospital. I sat with Brandon as he was dying. I hoped and prayed he was ok! WHen we got to a hospital they wouldn't tell me what was going on. I wasn't his relative. They called his mom. She came down, and they told her Brandon was dead that he died on the way to the hospital. She started crying and I was freaking out. I quit doing drugs after that! Anyone who has gone through anything like I have. I'm so sorry I know how it feels to lose someone so close.
