I'm having such a s*** day at work

The system i'm working on is pissing me off and i can't do the work i need to do. I really just want to hit something or scream or yell.

I'm a firm believer in giving what I get from work. If I get no cooperation they recieve none. If something is pissing me off, then I piss on them.
