Ok a few days ago I noticed that I had 3.00 in my bank so i thought that's weird cuz the day before It said i was over by -.95 and so i needed to go to the pharmacy to get my pills filled and so I went there and I knew it would make me go over in the bank by like 1.25 and I wasnt supposed to be charged anything unless I went over 10.00 and the next day I woke up and looked at the bank and they had charged me a 32.00 insufficient funds fee and so I called the bank to try to get them to reverse the fee and they refused to and named off a bunch of charges that they say was supposed to have come through the day before but I know they had already came through before and my mom had printed out proof that I wasnt over 10.00 so i shouldn't have been charged anything and the lady at the bank tried to tell me that it was because I had 2 items going through at the same time and I was like ya but i wasnt over 10.00 and so we left the bank and a few hours later they added another 64.00 to the charge and so I called the bank again and tried to get them to reverse it I got a different person and he was very close to submitting it as a bank error and then he says oh no I cant submit this and he named off another charge that he said had came through the day before and i said that's impossible cuz i knew i was over when i went there and so i transferred money over to cover it and he still refused to reverse it and so my mom emailed the president of the bank and told them that It was a bank error and that i was closing my account and going to another bank and someone emailed me back and told me they would look into it and then my check came through and I was still pissed off at the bank because because of them I was short 100.00 from my check and I finally hear back from them today and I was thinking it would be good news cuz I was having such a good day today I didnt have to wait for the bus and I also found 1.00 and some change in my purse after I got to the gym and I was able to create an online account with my gym and then I finally got the rejection email from them saying that they are not going to refund the money and I was pissed and I thought about emailing her back and telling her what I thought and then I thought what's the point they dont care they are not going to refund the money back
