I have just completed sacrificial fire three out of the six that will soon encircle my house. I am performing a satanic ritual to send the shedded leaves of 17 trees straight to hell for the crime of burying my yard under a three-inch layer despite knowing full well that our lawnmowers are deceased. Bastard trees. I'm declaring war on all of them, or at least on all of their droppings.

Pretty damn good actually. Got to meet some of my heroes and got pictures and got them to autograph some of my books which was awesome. Did an interview with PBS. Got to meet so many amazing people and made more awesome friends this summer which included dancing in the Philadelphia museum of art of a very very magical night. Got accepted into leadership program that only accepts 4 people a year and I made the cut. My brother got engaged to an awesome lady, so I get a new sister. Hopefully moving soon in the next month. Work is going more than awesome. Looking at starting my own business. Just found out today that I passed my CPA exam. And well a lot more has happened but I'm just really really happy and in a good place in life.

Pretty great. Justin's progressed to being a polite little smartie, and there's no longer any concern about his communication amidst the constant, super-excited chatter. School's still pretty blah, but the assignments are all good--pretty much "Read this and write about it," which I enjoy. Wrote a silly kiddie story that a friend is illustrating; we'll just take it to a printer for enough copies for us and whoever else wants it, but it's fun. Sis got into her PA program; she cried every time she told someone new throughout the whole day she found out--it was cool. Brother even has a job now, and is actually fun to be around again, so that's better too.

I dunno... that's all I got right now. Other than the war with the army of trees in the yard, it's pretty rockin.

Hey that's pretty awesome. I want a copy of the kiddie book. Autographed copy to be exact. :P And your brother has a job, that's amazing - it's a long way that he's come.
