So I was watching Superman Returns today. It was not the first time I had seen it, but nevertheless I was watching it.

Now lately I have been down and out of luck when it comes to love lately (3 years lately) and I noticed something today.

Throughout all the Superman movies, Superman and Clark Kent are lusting after Lois Lane. It has been that way since the dawn of Superman. However, Lois Lane never gives Clark the time of day, in fact, in the latest movie she is down right rude. Nevertheless, she is wooed by Superman over and over again, even after winning a Pulitzer Prize for "Why the world does not need Superman."

So here is my beef with this whole situation. If someone, I don't care who, all of a sudden liked Clark, for who he was; a odd, kinda introverted, shy guy; would he quit his obsession with Lois Lane, or would be blow it off and leave someone heartbroken?

Why does every girl have to look like Lois Lane? She cant be smart and funny and attractive, without being supermodel material?
