| first thing, put on gloves. plastic gloves probably better than outdoor gloves.
this way, your hives can break up with your nails, if can spread fast. with gloves on, you have itch , then you are safe that way.
it could insect bite, allergy side effect from medicine, or poison ivy. these are most common things beside being nerves that causes hives.
you could put cold compass or ice on your arm to reduce the redness and swelling.
call your doctor. usually, your doctor recommend you need go to er. depending how if your symptoms get worst. your doctor will tell you. if you are have panic attack or need calm down put cold compass on your head and lay down.
p.s. i have been through three kind of attacks when i was your age. just stay calm and push ( twilite, she is haven't another baby now. ) i thought could you a laugh now. what you are feel is more panic attack than anything. or that should be gone by now. stay calm and think ration. most of you are going through in your head, than itching. |
