I do not mean to be rude but he seems to not be handling his business. All he has to do is go to court and have the support stopped and an order making her pay.

I feel bad its left them in financial problems but if you do not go to court for these things, how much can you complain they are still taking your money. They only know not to take your money when you update the custody and you only get money from the other party after an order of support.

Its pretty simple to fix and could have been done right away, preventing this mess.

we were trying to be nice and work things out but she is just not working with us... thats why we didnt take it to the courts but she did now send us the child support card so we have whatever money she was getting now we will get on the card

we didnt want to fight in front of the kids so we did what we had to do yes were broke now only because she kept lieing to us.. and stuff but now everything is ok

Thank you for not taking what I was saying as rude. I think I was just upset at your situation, that she took advantage and in a way, your fiance allowed that to happen.

It makes me quite sad for you, your fiance and most important of all, the kids, that she is refusing to support her own children.

I think its noble he was trying to be nice but when it comes to divorce, custody and child support, one cannot afford to be nice, they must get a good lawyer and protect themselves, their fiances and most important of all, protect their kids.

I'm sorry but for her to tan and get her nails done, two things I love by the way, instead of supporting her kids, makes me think she is not a very good mother.

shes gotten in to some bad things. and not making the right decisions but we are still going to the courts. even if we have the child support card now. we wwant them to know we have been taking care of them. and they live with us now
