It has been a pretty good year in that I have managed to steer clear of my so called superior. She has been keeping a low profile and I haven't really been that visible at work these days.
I am amazed that she gets away with the things she does. She refuses to go to a lot of meetings that I thought were mandatory.
She has her own rational for doing what she does. It is on the selfish side.
I am going to do my best not to become upset by her. Avoidance, avoidance, avoidance.

Well, having read quite a few of her other journals...I was just thinking that perhaps she gives this person too much power over her mind; and therefore her feelings.
If the person is laying low,..out of her way,..I would think she would be less on her mind? At least that should be her aim. |

the other person laying low but the OP noticing her more does seem to be somewhat contrary though. |

I've gotten that feeling too from reading her different posts about her co-workers and higher-ups.
Just too obsessed with them it seems. With all the complaining she does, you would think she would be on the lookout for a new job. Unless she likes the self-inflicted emotional stress.  |
