I'm now in a size 12!! I haven't exercised even slightly! It's all down to eating a healthy diet and eating at the right times!!!

Congratulations on the weight loss!

I've had to force myself to jog every day. Just a mile and a half but I may boost it.

I hate exercise. I find it hard to run because of the fact I was a smoker.
