Is it love if you walk on glass? Does it follow the saying of "I love you so much I'd walk on glass for you"?

Is the sound of glass breaking a shattered heart still cracking? Or is it literally my heart breaking? Love can be so powerful that it breaks down and places you in a tunnel so far away from the one you love.
