I've been in Lahore this weekend. Had a fantastic time but about 15 minutes after I got home found out there has been a suicide bombing there. Over 50 reported dead so far  | |

I know i don't know you well but i did think of you when i seen it on the news. As you're the only person i know or know of that's there at the moment.
I'm so glad you're okay.
Hope your family and friends weren't to distressed now they know you're safe. It must of been awful for them.

| Scary stuff. I think us here in America tend to feel a bit safer just because we don't have the same events happening nearly as much, although we've got our crazies that like to go on gun rampages, so I suppose it's somewhat similar.
Glad to hear you're safe, I think sometimes I/we take a lot of things for granted and hearing stories like this sort of reminds you that things can and do happen and maybe, just maybe we should be a tad bit more appreciative of what we have. |

Thank you, luckily I had messaged my Dad on Facebook not long before he heard the news. Most of my best friends heard the news from me so knew I was safe. A handful of people messaged me to ask if I was ok, including a friend I met on here, she was the one that broke the news to me. |
