So far this year I've travelled to Iceland and South Africa, I'm going to Jordan next weekend and then to Montenegro in October.
Next year I'm planning on doing Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos in one trip (March), thinking Romania in July and then I can't decide where to go in September.
I'm currently thinking Borneo. Another option is Japan.
The only issue is that I'll be applying for jobs around about then and I'm worried that something would come up and I'd have an interview. | |

Just got back today from a week in the UK.
Went home for my Granny's funeral. It was a lovely service and nice to see some family that I haven't seen in years.
Not looking forward to going back to work tomorrow though as I know I'll have a s***ty night's sleep tonight due to her lag.

I've been in Lahore this weekend. Had a fantastic time but about 15 minutes after I got home found out there has been a suicide bombing there. Over 50 reported dead so far  | |

Been in Islamabad for 4 months now. Can't believe how quick the time has gone.
I'm going on my first trip away next weekend, going down to Lahore for the Easter Weekend. Then I'm home for 2 weeks the week after. Really can't wait to go back to normality for a little while. It can get a bit claustrophobic here. | |

So, I actually had a fantastic Christmas day, got some presents from a few of the girls here so that was really nice to have something to open.
Also won quite a few prizes on a game we were playing.
We did have an earthquake over night though!! We've had one other since I've been here but I slept through that one, so it freaked me out a bit. | |

Been in Pakistan for two weeks now, I now have Wi-Fi and I'm starting to settle in.
I've adopted a cat, Dave, who is actually female.
There's a few pictures on my profile of my time here so far.
Going on my first road trip out next weekend and it'll be nice to get out and about and see different areas of Pakistan.
