Firstly. I am ridiculously sunburnt and a complete fool. Lol

This year I am going back to uni. I will be studying sociology and law. Interesting mix I suppose. I need a change.

My other half leaves in a few weeks. He is heading off to Cambodia for 3 weeks for work. It's going to kill me. 3 weeks with the house to myself.... scary haHa
After that we are off to Numea on a cruise

Life is plain and simple. I am living a dream life. And then bam! From no where.... comes this dream about the past.
So odd and confusing. Did I miss something?

So we are still in Bali. All 12 of my family. My mum fell down a f***ing dodgy drain on the side of a road ... trying not to get run over... last night and has broken all the bones in her ankle. Never seen an ambulance or any sort of siren over here til then.

She waited 24 hours until our travel insurance company decided to operate here rather than fly her home.

3 hr surgery and a plate and 5 pins later.

We have sat around like stunned mullets all day. I know it could be worse but we have all worked so hard and waited so long for this trip. She's everything to us all and it has been so hard being so helpless.

Laying poolside in our private villa.. In the sun, cocktail in hand... i love Bali. This holiday was long overdue. I don't think I ever wanna go back home to reality lol
