Its ten weeks now until the salon opens, I've bought most of what I need but im still searching for a sign writer for the outside of the building, Ive pretty much got all the staff vacancies covered. I just keep asking myself if Ive made the right decision. still, its a bit too late to back out now.
You would always wonder if you never went forward with your plans, so pat yourself on the back for that; and good luck! I'm sure you will be very successful.
thanks for the replies everyone, I know the salon will hold its own because of where it is, im just hoping my management skills are up to the task, I suppose I should have a little more faith in my own abilities really and be positive I know in my own head I can do it, but im a natural born stress head, ill keep you all posted on how it goes and ill post a link to the website as soon as it goes live, which should be around the middle of December, thanks again.
