I have a male neighbor who recently separated from his wife, and he is acting out really bad. he is hitting on every woman that he can, He gets drunk ALOT. He has been pranking me from the call box at the door and I am trying to handle it without getting management involved. A few other tenants and I have been telling him he is about to kill our last nerve. I know he is hurting, but at the same time I don't think what we are doing is working. I don't want to see him homeless, but he has went to far now, maybe they will just put him on probation or fine him.  | |
