| Disclosure: I quit smoking +20 yrs ago, and don't vape either
Vaping: In moderation, FDA approved (aka Legal) products are probably, in some ways "safer" than cigarettes.
As a replacement for cigarettes, with no intention of quitting nicotine, I can see where you end up consuming more nicotine because it is more convenient.
The illnesses and deaths, from what I've gathered, is from "heavy" vaping and / or illegal products. |
