Well it's been two weeks since I officially retired. Now I'm trying to get my ducks lined up. Of course it's rained most of the time and I'm having difficultly changing my sleep schedule. Working 11 years on graveyard will do that. I've tried staying up til 9pm but still I wake around midnight. Tried going back to sleep but all I do is roll around and fluff up my blasted pillow.
I know I'm just whining when it's really just small stuff. I'm don't rich but I really don't have to worry about finances and then I find out my neighbor lives on $700. a month on social security. I really don't know how she does it. And here I am sniveling. Geez just Deal With It Terre!!!
Not been around much for a while due to problems...families, who'd have 'em!
Hopefully they have now been sorted. hope everyone here is keeping well and enjoying life.
Sitting at home on a rest day, in my onesie, freezing as not much credit left on my meter.
Watching day time TV and waiting for the pubs to open!
Just a quiet day and CBA to do anything, highlight of the day is that the post arrived!
But do have a bust weekend planned to make up for it.
Might pop on some horror DVD later to stave off the boredom and for some cheap entertainment, not looking for anything too demanding on a morning like this, mainly just some peanuts for the brain.
Though Jeremy Kyle and Judge Judy are making me laugh, love it how she stiff the something-for-nothing brigade.
I lost...my own fault so had to have my chest and back waxed, had no idea how painful it could be.
Why did I think it would be a good idea to get involved in drinking games with consequences.
Well, whatever I am doing is working as I've lost a lot of lbs and no longer look like I an 9 months pregnant...with twins! I'm more like 6 months pregnant with 'em!
Still a long way to go huh?
But, by cutting out simple carbs and walking all over the town it's working.
Well, finally managed to shift two stone (28lbs) from my pot belly and feel better. Thanks to the pedometer I bought and doing 10 000 steps a day, I no longer look like I am 9 months pregnant with twins, I just look 9 months pregnant!
My problem is I like KFC too much, but the rest of me, my arms, legs etc are slim, it is just my belly that is the problem.
