I have played a lot of Skyrim. I mean a lot. 1000's of hours. I thought nothing would break my addiction to this game. I could go on Mastermind and Skyrim would be my specialist subject. I would score very highly too.
However, times change. I have started playing Elite:Dangerous. I used to play the original Elite on Commodore 64, then Frontier:Elite II on Amiga. I have played a downloadable remake of Elite called Oolite. (That brought back memories). But now, Elite:Dangerous is the best ever version. I play at least 4 hours a day. But at least it has thinned my Skyrim addiction somewhat. I still play it from tome to time, but I'm drawn back to my Python ship, ready to haul cargo, fight pirates or just explore the galaxy. I'm sad and have no life.  | |

This subject really irritates me. There are people that say pineapple does NOT belong on pizza, and those that say it does. My neighbour included. I told her I had a hawiian pizza, and her reaction was that as if I said I had a turd pizza.
In reality, its personal preference. If you don't like pineapple on pizza, don't f***ing have it then! Don't judge those that DO have pineapple on pizza. f*** it, I even like chicken and pineapple pizza. Anyone says that is wrong, they can jolly well get f***ed. - Rant over. | |

| My fiance's car got taken to a garage to get fixed. I think the mechanics where incompetent rip off merchants. They told 'her' to order the parts, and when she brought them in and they 'fixed' it, the car still did'nt work properly. So they have been reported. Meanwhile, my beloved is (hopefully) getting a new car tomorrow. | |

| I did not have a good start to the new year I'm sad to say. Had a bust up with my brother for reasons I cannot explain. He's a funny sort of guy that will blank you out rather than argue. Took me 2 weeks for him to even acknowledge me. Even then, he didn't really explain why I got that treatment. I had 2 anxiety attacks and one panic attack. I have been feeling very depressed the last couple of weeks. The thing is, me and my brother have always go on since reaching adulthood, so this treatment nearly sent me round the twist. I know he's been having trouble with his son, who has Asperger's. (I won't go into what happened here). My brother seemed to take it out on me, for which I had nothing to do with said problem. Anyway, we are talking now and he's calmed down. | |

Just spent the whole day watching "The Great British Bake Off" on Netflix.
I even threw insults at the TV when I thought Paul Hollywood was being too critical over someone's profiteroles.
Damn! Where's my walking frame and hot cocoa? Nurse!! | |

When I was on this site years ago, I remember that it was positively buzzing with activity. Today, it seems like I'm the only one online.

In the news today, Aldi, Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Tesco are being accused of selling rotten Turkey, ruining Christmas dinners throughout the UK.
One woman showed a video of her turkey that had green meat. Others where slimy, with a putrid stench.

Hi there. New member here (Sort of). I have been on this site before, but it was a long time ago. (I can't even remember my old name).
I like to make quizzes, have good conversation, I try not to get too opinionated, but sometimes I need a space to vent my frustrations. (I guess I can use my journal for that).
