In the last year of WWII all allied aircraft were painted with the black and white stripes seen here! But in the case of new planes, after the allies had gained air superiority the wings and fuselages might not be painted at all except for the stripes.
Because of production dificulties the Typhoon only entered the war late. But when it did enter combat,it proved to be an excellent ground attack aircraft. Its specialty was destroying trains as seen here!
