This war and the destruction of the Baltic Squadron, led to the Revolution of 1905. The impoverished masses in Russia who were deprived because of the cost of this war. Rose up in the city of Saint Petersburg to demand bread from the Tsar,(bread the staple of the Russian diet). Tsar Nicholas the Second,sent no bread only Cossacks!
Usually reffered to as Admiral Togo! In 1905 Togo led a brand new Japanese fleet against the Russian Baltic Squadron , which had traveled around the world practically,only to be sunk at the battle of Tsushima Straits! This war known as the Russo Japanese War was over the Mancuhrian territory around Port Arthur! Japanese Naval technology was far superior to the Tsar's obsolete fleet!
