| you sound like a very special ladey,i used to work with kids with special needs and also worked on a farm for 18 years,the Farmer had a son with Downs and i looked after him all day while the farmer had my son who wasnt very strong at the time,children with Downs give so much love dont they? and altho Mark could be very hard work (mostly due to the fact that i was working on the farm as well) we became very close,i cared for him from the age of 4 to 13 untill i left for 18 months when i had my daughter,i went back to work on the farm and Mark realy took to her he used to shuv her around in her pram and hide from me,oh and how funny he thought it was but he never hurt her most times when i realy couldnt find them he had taken her to the home form house to be with his mother,thats years ago now but it tought me that no matter whats wrong with children they are all special in their own way.  |
