It's not like it's been pulled down on TFS or you can't fly it on your car, in your yard or wear it on your body if you so desire.
You still have all of your first amendment expression rights when it comes to the confederate flag.
Whether Amazon, Wal-Mart or E-bay carries it does not infringe upon your right to display it. Nor does it when the elected officials of the states in question decide to remove it from a government building.
