Well, finally managed to shift two stone (28lbs) from my pot belly and feel better. Thanks to the pedometer I bought and doing 10 000 steps a day, I no longer look like I am 9 months pregnant with twins, I just look 9 months pregnant!
My problem is I like KFC too much, but the rest of me, my arms, legs etc are slim, it is just my belly that is the problem.

Went round the exes to see if she could help with my washing and ironing as I’d missed the laundrette and I ended up having to stay and do a lot of jobs!
...plus give her some £££s!
Clean this, tidy up the garden, deliver this, pickup that, blimey next time I’m going round me mums!
Even when I asked for something to eat I was told to make it myself.
Still it was great to see her again, she is looking good as are the kids.

Well, this is going to be a interesting first week. Good news is that the Commandant have brought back rolling sleeves for the Marine Corps. Many Marines are excited, including myself. The only problem with me and many other Marines, it was taken out I believe a year or two before I enlisted in the Marine Corps. (I believe around 2010 or 2011) So I had to do a quick tech training, but I don't think it will be perfect or awesome just yet. I'm going to have to try hard and use a iron. Wish me luck on rolling my sleeves.
