i have a thing i cant remove from my computer is appears like wtoolsa.exe on my task menu how can i eliminate it?

That appears to be spyware of some sort.

Start by going to download.com and download 'Spybot Search & Destroy' and 'Ad Aware'

Run both of these and see if they catch it and remove it.
