ok, i know that worrying is healthy for ya, but when do you know that you worry too much? i think i might worry about my bf too much, so much that it gets to paranoia. how do you know that youve gone beyond healthy worry into the bad kind?

Stress is a part of life. But I absolutely refuse to worry. It never helps for me to worry about something. You have to deal with situations and do what you can do. After that there is nothing more that you can do.

Worry has never improved the quality of my life in any area. In fact worry usually hinders you from creative insight.

stress is bad. Relieving stress is good for you and really helps you. Take a day off and give it to yourself. Then you will feel better

It's bad to have too much or too lttle stress.

If your stress level is causing you any problems, then it's probably too much (or not enough).

yes you need some stress to keep your mind healthy, but too much can become a problem. i used to worry about my boyfriend a lot and get paranoid, but as i'm getting to know him better I don't worry as much anymore. Trusting him will definately help relieve some of your stress.
