try this: in IE, go to "tools" up at the top of the browser, then scroll down to "Internet options" at the bottom of the drop down list. In the window that pops up, select the "Security" tab. Then click on the image of the red circle with a white line in the middle of it called "Restricted Sites. The click the button that says "Sites..." A window will pop up that lists all the restricted sites. You can then add or remove as you like

It says there are no restricted sites, yet when I try to go to My Yahoo! and TFS it says the site has been blocked by the webmaster

Uggg, you probably have some programme on there then which is controlled by your mum with a password, my friend had one on her computer, I told her to follow the same steps that Lili told you but she found the same thing, then her dad told her that he had installed some programme onto the family computer. Probably doesn't make any sense but hey when do I ever?

That's probably why it blocks IE but not firefox. Those programs are always like that, only recognizing Microsoft products. I'm betting Opera would work too.

What is Opera, or where would you get it? I've never used it

opera.com

it's an open source browser like firefox. It has some feature firefox doesn't have, but I still prefer firefox. But if you need another option, many people like opera.

I use IE, I downloaded this freeware that gives it mouse gestures to navigate easier and I just put links to the sites I go to on the links section.

I've got the same, for mozilla firefox

I reckon firefox is cooler because it can look how you want it to.
