what made you join TFS

just wondering what made u join tfs? a friend told you about it...found it on google??? whats the story??

I was desperately looking for a new forum site to join. I saw the small ad on google. I clicked on it. I looked around a bit and saw how cool this site was and joined. This site has gotten even better since I have joined! I have become addicted for life. A Forums Anonymous club cannot cure the addiction! El Tino is one of the most hilarious people ever! This site rocks!

I actually first became interested in joining a forum site earlier this year when I randomly searched the punchline to one of my favorite jokes and found a very interesting looking thread.

More recently became interested when I discovered the forum to an online game I play. I was more entice when I was looking for information on Douglas Adams for a project and stumbled on to yet another forum.

Up untill just a couple nights ago I was pretty overwhelmed with homework so I took my first chance to find a good forum site and signed myself up here. I then went to sleep and decided i would figure out how it worked the next morning.

Yes that's aabout it.

I wanted to find a forum that wasn't just about sci-fi so I found this place on google. lol

I dont remember how I stumbled upon TFS but I do remember thinking that all those "myspace" types sucked!! I dont like being on a site where every guy wants to hear you talk dirty and post naked pics. So I think I just typed in forums, and this came up. Its the ONLY one that I belong to. So count yourself lucky TFS

I was at a music site and all they talked about was music and I got bored...

Thank god i found this place. I would have gone crazy without it!!

I use to be a member of a board that was attached to a site I frequented. When I first joined it was fantastic. The people were smart and funny, which I found engaging. After a while though, a lot of jackasses joined up, which caused the people I liked to leave, so I left too.

I didn't post on a forum for maybe a year or two after that, then I got to thinking it would be cool to find a good forum again. So I googled forums, tried a couple, and I have since become addicted to TFS. It's even better than the forum I was originally a part of.

i googled forums and i think this is the first place that came up and its the first one i clicked on and haven't left since. lol, never did get around to checking out the other results google came up with because TFS had it all!!!!

A friend told me, she doesn?t use it much though. I?ve gotten another three friends to join, ones pretty adicted, ones getting there and the other hasn?t started yet.

I joined because i was bored one day IO found it through google!!
