I'm going to put on my mother-ish hat for a moment. You'll have to pardon me.

The most important thing that he is there to do is improve your math skills. He may be hot, wonderful, gorgeous, fantastic and all sorts of groovy things but your first responsibility with him is to be better at math. Not to see if he will date you.

If he is a good guy he will be impressed with you for who you are. Guys are funny creatures. You can dress up in the little black dress, do up your hair, paint your face and wear the heels but they'll find you just as sexy, if not moreso when you wear a plaid shirt and jean shorts with fresh scrubbed rosy cheeks and a pony tail.

If he's going to like you and be worth dating then he's going to like you for who you are.

So just be presentable, be yourself and learn math.
