thanks dude, i just went cold turkey after 12years of B&H, wasn't all that hard to tell you the truth but even now i still have the odd pang but its pretty easy to keep it in check - the biggest problem was the weight gain so if anyone plans to give up get a good exercise plan organised, it will help keep your mind off smoking too

australia gave up last year. Not allowed to smoke anywhere food is served, inside anywhere. and at parks. i think that it is a step in the right direction. And they have put all these grose pictures if gang green and lung cancer, on the front of the packets. I think that we should respect peoples choices...
