unable to post?

I tried posting to the heath and fitness forum but my post went to "quarantine". Why would that happen?

I am posting to see if this one gets through, but the question is genuine.

I'm not sure of the problem... maybe the TFS temporarily thought you were a new member and pushed your post to quarantine.

Are you saying that these kinds of forums are outdated? What do people do instead?

They use facebook or twitter or whatever its just over.

There are a few subject specific (or political specific) sites out there, and some fringe sites like 4chan, and conspiracy sites like 8chan (not sure if that one is still out there)..

But mostly the days of the multi-topic general internet community forums are gone.

theres still a few around mostly on specific games or the absolutely massive juggernauts like the ones you mentioned or Reddit or SomethingAwful
But its a pretty dire state for the once great forum to find itself. I strongly dislike how centralised all websites are now, that 2000s chaos of the internet was nice.
