why do humans feel the need to express ther opinions to other humans they dont know?

why do celebrities think that because we pay them millions of dollars to act in movies we automatically want to hear their asinine political beliefs...(I mean, seriously...what makes them better than the rest of us other than the fact that they make millions of dollars....)
