Why not blot with a square of toilet paper? Seems that would take less time, and has less potential for...sprinkler system-like results...lol

HEY! My child does this, too! We keep telling him, "Don't take your clothes off when you go to the bathroom." Five minutes later, he's in the bathroom again with all his clothes on the floor.

Probably. He's fine if standing up but when sitting down, he manages to get it exactly between the lid & the bowl, so it goes all down the side of the toilet.

you ever tried to blot a garden hose after you've turned it off! not that i'm tlaking about the same size, but you get the idea!
