Yes, I agree, I've seen several circuses and the living conditions they provide the animals with are simply horrible.
A few years ago a circus show was cancelled because it turned out that the animals hadn't had regular prophylaxis.

I don't mean to be a jerk, but that would be totally awesome to see in real life.


However there are laws here set in place for a reason, and China needs to get with the program. I'm curious as to how those animals' living conditions are.

I can't even begin to describe the things I'd like to do to the sick people involved in circuses and rodeos.

Rodeos are 10x worse than that. I got an email with a video from ASPCA on rodeo cruelty and I cried for hours.

I dont think i could ever watch one... I would yell and scream and cry and probably die trying to set them all free

ANY abuse or mistreatment of animals is abhorrent to me. It takes about 20 minutes for a whale to die after being harpooned yet the Japanese still do it even though its barbaric & illegal!!

1 - The flight attendant for "forcing" the passenger to put the dog in the overhead compartment

2 - The owner has to take some responsibility too. Even if it it wasn't apparently deadly, it would surely be traumatizing to the dog. I would resist, even to the point of law enforcement by the airlines.
If the flight had not departed yet, I would be kicked off the plane... or at least make my case.



I would never "bag check" (or whatever they call it) my pet either.

No animal should be put into a bag then into the overhead locker on a plane. If the dog was that sick yes he should have stayed home!! That being said there have been plenty of news stories where humans have been forcibly removed from planes because of over zealous airline staff! I have had over 20 dogs (mainly pugs) & I would NEVER submit a dog to being treated that way!!
