the universe, closed or strong?
a closed system has no input from an outside source.
a very strong system is not effected from an outside source.

weak anthropic principle (WAP) & strong anthropic principle (SAP)

Didn't think so, but I really didn't understand the question so thought I would ask.

i read that it is somehow built into the laws of thermodynamics that the universe be a closed system.
here on earth, i see no closed systems do i?

Whatever it is it's all about LOVE, so I'd say it's "Strong"

Here on earth nothing can be a closed system because there is no way to truly isolate something from other things.

However, if the universe is all there is it would be a closed system as there would be nothing outside of it to effect it.

Or, if there are multiple universes that are somehow segregated from each other then they would be closed.

But, if there is a god, devil and angels that can impact this universe, or if other universes can impact this one, then our universe would not be closed.

At least that is my understanding.

jonnythan probably has a much better explanation (I tend to way over simplify things).

at absolute 0, it can be simulated?
