step families are harder than normal families

are step families harder to please do you try harder just to please your real mum or dad

I have a so called step father.....I knew something was up as soon as I met him....Now he's a complete...Well I'll save the insults...Grrr!

actually i found my step mother was easier to talk to than my real mom the cheating whore, hope she burns in hell

Ive had all kinds of combos. My mom is great but I havent always been able to talk to her. My first step mom was ok but we didnt get along and eventually she ended up cheating on my dad with his bf and leaving with him (WHORE). That really sent me over the edge. His wife now is ok but she is really antisocial and likes to keep to herself. It took us a long time to warm up to each other but now we are ok. I would never treat her like a mom though because Im grown, I just look at her as my dads wife.
