Well why dont you change to a server that blocks all spam then instead of complaining about it!

i hate f***en spam email yeah i get some funny ones but they juts come over and over again and there the same thing i get like 400 of them a day i click delete all but it still take along time i hate them so much

A) Don't let your email be a known fact, only to mates and family of course
B) Filter all the spam email to your junk folder, msn, yahoo and gmail are good at filtering spam, but you do have to occasionally check they haven't filtered the good ones
