server log analysis software

Does anyone know some fast server log analysis software?

I downloaded this one program called WebLog Expert and it takes hours to do like 3 days worth of logs. I'm much too impatient for that. I might try to use awstats if I can get it to work on my laptop.

you have a server on your laptop? ( please excuse me if that's a stupid question) I didn't know you could do that, i thought a laptop would be too slow, and not have enough power. Not to mention the connection speed...

yeah I installed apache for windows on it. I just use it for testing sometimes.

I also installed PERL, MySQL and PHP and all that.

wow, that must be a very powerful laptop, to handle the kind of traffic you get on this site.

oh i don't run the site off the laptop. that's on a server in st. louis.
