I hear it everyday, blacks folks saying they don't care if the country falls apart, they will vote for Obama regardless; long as he's black.

That's not all of them. A whopping 4% of black voters voted for McCain. That alone is enough to say that not all black voters vote for the black guy.

All that really matters is if it's not working it's broke and needs fixing.

Historically, black people vote for the democrat guy. Whether he is white, black or purple.
