Anybody got a recipe for refried beans? Never tried but may have ingredients already here. All ideas received with thanks.

It's very simple
place a couple of talble spoons of lard or cooking oil in a skillet
place cooked pinto beans in a skillet
use a potatoe masher and mash the beans and season to taste
and fry

Some people like the beans mashed completely like potatoes
and some only mash the beans about half way

I did them last night and everybody loved them. Thanks for the recipe. Will do it again.
